F1 Nutri-immune Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 x scoops Herbalife Nutrition F1 Nutritional Shake Mix (Vanilla)
- 250ml low-fat milk
- 200ml clear chicken broth
- 190g Shiitake Mushrooms (approx 10 stalks)
- Black pepper, cayenne pepper & oregano leaves
Method:
- Blend together low-fat milk & F1 Nutritional Shake Mix and set aside
- Add shitake mushrooms & chicken broth into pot and bring to heat
- Add both mixtures into a blender and give it a blend
- Add peppers or oregano leaves to taste and serve!
