F1 Nutri-immune Soup Recipe

Formula 1 Nutri Soup
  • 2 x scoops Herbalife Nutrition F1 Nutritional Shake Mix (Vanilla)
  • 250ml low-fat milk
  • 200ml clear chicken broth
  • 190g Shiitake Mushrooms (approx 10 stalks)
  • Black pepper, cayenne pepper & oregano leaves
  • Blend together low-fat milk & F1 Nutritional Shake Mix and set aside
  • Add shitake mushrooms & chicken broth into pot and bring to heat
  • Add both mixtures into a blender and give it a blend
  • Add peppers or oregano leaves to taste and serve!
