Biography

Michelle Ricker is the director of Worldwide Health Education and Training and Chair of the Dietetic Advisory Board. In her role, Ricker is largely responsible for global corporate education, training and the further development and enhancement of the Better Coaching Program as well as the CDC certified Lifestyle Transformation Program. She is a Registered Dietitian with more than 25 years of experience in the field of nutrition, fitness and genomics.

In her previous professional experience, Ricker served as the director of nutrition for DaVita, Inc. and U.S. Renal Care, Inc. and as the director of Research and Development for Apex Fitness, Inc. Ricker also used her knowledge about nutrition and fitness to help formulate supplements for 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide and Apex Branded Supplements and was the project lead for bodybugg®, a nutrition and fitness wearable device.

Ricker created an interactive nutrition and fitness website for the United States Air Force and holds a patent for Proplete® IDPN therapy for kidney dialysis patients. Over the years she has worked with multiple professional athletes to develop nutrition and fitness plans.

In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Dayton, Ricker is a certified health and fitness instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also an International Society of Sports Nutrition-certified fitness educator. Ricker enjoys weight lifting, all outside fitness activities and her favorite Herbalife products are Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength, Immunity Essentials and Simply Probiotic.
