Laura Chacon-Garbato is the director of Worldwide Nutrition Product Training and Education at Herbalife Nutrition and the chairwoman of the Outer Nutrition Advisory Board. The board comprises talented and passionate professionals with a love for skin, hair and body care, all with an emphasis on the importance of nutrition.

Before joining the company, Chacon-Garbato began her education and training journey fulfilling her mission of empowering and instructing leaders in the beauty industry. Her background extends to working with well-known global personal care companies, where she was responsible for the education strategy and execution of business goals. She hired, trained and developed hundreds of sales forces that generated millions of dollars in yearly sales.

Chacon-Garbato has successfully executed educational and training courses to empower high-performance teams and has been instrumental in opening markets around the world. We are thrilled that she continues to be a proud member of the Herbalife Nutrition corporate team who strives to promote product education and inspiring training.

She is a licensed esthetician and has received postgraduate education from the International Dermal Institute in the U.S. She is also a member of the Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP). Traveling to new places, trying local foods and reading a good book are some of her favorite hobbies.
